By accessing or using our website or online services, you agree to these Terms.
1. USE OF OUR WEBSITE
The LiftHaus website and related online services are provided for informational, promotional, membership, customer-service, and other legitimate business purposes.
You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes.
You may not intentionally interfere with, damage, disable, overload, gain unauthorized access to, or otherwise disrupt our website, systems, or services.
2. INFORMATION YOU PROVIDE
You agree that information you submit to LiftHaus will be accurate to the best of your knowledge.
Providing LiftHaus with a telephone number does not, by itself, constitute consent to receive marketing or other SMS messages.
SMS communications will be sent according to the consent choices you affirmatively make.
3. AGE REQUIREMENTS
The LiftHaus website, online forms, waitlists, presale registrations, and marketing communications are intended for individuals who are 18 years of age or older.

4. MEMBERSHIPS AND PURCHASES
Gym memberships, presale memberships, recurring memberships, paid-in-full memberships, personal training services, retail purchases, and other paid services may be governed by separate agreements, disclosures, cancellation provisions, payment terms, and policies presented at the time of enrollment or purchase.
These website Terms are not intended to replace your LiftHaus membership agreement.
If a separate membership or purchase agreement conflicts with these Terms regarding a purchased service, the separate agreement will control with respect to that service.
5. LIFTHAUS SMS MESSAGING PROGRAM
LiftHaus offers optional SMS and MMS communications.
If you affirmatively opt in, LiftHaus may send messages to the mobile telephone number you provide according to the categories of communications you select.

Membership availability

Consent to receive marketing SMS communications is not a condition of purchasing any property, goods, services, or memberships.
6. MESSAGE FREQUENCY
Message frequency may vary depending upon your interactions with LiftHaus, the types of messages you have requested, and the programs to which you have opted in.
7. MESSAGE AND DATA RATES
Message and data rates may apply to SMS or MMS communications sent to you by LiftHaus or sent by you to LiftHaus.
Your wireless carrier's standard messaging and data rates may apply.
Questions regarding your messaging or data plan should be directed to your wireless provider.
8. HOW TO OPT OUT OF SMS
You may cancel SMS communications at any time.
Reply STOP to a LiftHaus SMS message to unsubscribe.
After you send STOP, we may send you a final SMS message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. After that confirmation, you will no longer receive messages from the applicable SMS program unless you subsequently opt in again.
If you later want to receive SMS communications again, you may opt in again through an available LiftHaus opt-in method.

10. WIRELESS CARRIER DISCLAIMER
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Delivery of SMS or MMS communications is subject to transmission by your wireless carrier and other network providers.

Your participation in LiftHaus SMS communications is subject to our Privacy Policy.

12. EMAIL COMMUNICATIONS
LiftHaus may send email communications concerning membership inquiries, presales, waitlists, gym information, events, promotions, and other LiftHaus services.

You may opt out of promotional email communications using the unsubscribe link included in the applicable email.
Certain transactional, membership-related, account, administrative, or service communications may continue where appropriate.
13. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Unless otherwise indicated, the LiftHaus name, trademarks, logos, branding, website design, photographs, videos, graphics, text, and other original content appearing on LiftHaus websites are owned by or licensed to LiftHaus, Inc.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, sell, commercially exploit, or create derivative works from LiftHaus materials without appropriate authorization.

LiftHaus may use or link to third-party websites and services, including payment processors, membership-management platforms, scheduling services, social-media platforms, analytics providers, and other technology providers.

LiftHaus is not responsible for the content, availability, privacy practices, or security practices of independently operated third-party services.

LiftHaus attempts to provide accurate information regarding our gym, memberships, equipment, services, amenities, pricing, promotions, operating hours, anticipated opening information, and other offerings.
Information may change from time to time.
Nothing displayed on the general LiftHaus website creates a contractual entitlement unless expressly incorporated into a separate written agreement.
16. AVAILABILITY OF SERVICES
LiftHaus does not guarantee that its website or online services will be available at all times or operate without interruption or error.
We may modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue portions of our website or online services as reasonably necessary.
17. DISCLAIMER
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the LiftHaus website and general online services are provided on an "as available" basis.
